August 19th 2025 UPDATE:

It’s been about two years since I learned my business partner was stealing from the company. It’s been a little over a year since the lawsuit that ensued following that discovery forced the business to close deep in debt to our customers and vendors and with no clear path forward. As soon as I am safely able to and for transparency reasons, I will be publishing all of the court documents and proof I have online. We just had another court date yesterday on August 18th and Karen and her attorneys were a no show. The judge may dismiss the case entirely on the next court date of September 17th. If so, we will be free to move forward and work on cleaning up this mess and finding a way to get everyone refunds or their orders.

Please know that any orders that didn’t ship by January 1st, 2025 may not be able to be fulfilled due to an ongoing lawsuit. If your order is able to be fulfilled (potentially anytime after OCTOBER-NOVEMBER 2025), you will receive tracking by email when your order ships. Our Pre-order Shipping Information Page will be updated when updated if and when ship dates become available. Due to the tarrifs in place presently, there are no plans to resume manufacturing at this time.

Due to an ongoing lawsuit and the business closing down, we are not able to issue refunds at this time for any orders or pre-orders regardless of return or shipping status. Please refer to our updates page & posts for more details. If we find out that we are definitely unable to ship your products by the end of 2025 or after the lawsuit is resolved, you will be contacted and given assistance in getting a refund through your original payment method by providing documentation to dispute the transaction through your credit card or bank.
