Any orders that did not ship by January 1st, 2025 will not be able to be fulfilled due to the company shutting down around September 2024 due to the costs of a malicious lawsuit filed by one business partner/owner of the company against the others falsely accusing them of the things she did. We are not able to issue refunds for any orders or pre-orders regardless of return or shipping status.

The lawsuit is still ongoing and will be until at least March 2026, as that is the next court date. Due to the tarrifs in place and other trade restrictions by the present administration, there are no plans to resume manufacturing at this time. Our original founder is still working on finding a way to issue refunds in the future, in the interim, our hands are tied and there's nothing more that can be done at this time. If this changes, we will send out emails and update this page with any new information.
