Any orders that were not shipped by January 1, 2025, cannot be fulfilled. The company ceased operations in September 2024 due to the financial impact of an ongoing legal dispute between business partners.

This legal action was initiated by a former business partner who has made allegations against us that we strongly dispute. We have filed counterclaims and maintain that the claims made against us are false and that serious misconduct occurred within the company that contributed to its closure. Because this matter is still in litigation, we are limited in what we can publicly disclose at this time.

At this time, we are unable to issue refunds for any orders or pre-orders, regardless of shipping or return status. The case is ongoing, with the next court date scheduled for late May 2026.

Our founder is continuing to pursue all available legal remedies and is actively working to explore options for issuing refunds in the future. However, at present, no further action can be taken.
