Pre-ordered product shipping dates are always estimates and subject to change based on factors outside of our control. We set initial expected shipping dates based on all the information we have at the time. We abide by The federal Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rules and if you do not want to wait and it's past the 1st estimated ship date, we will issue you a refund and cancel your order, no questions asked. Refunds will either be issued back to the original payment method whenever possible or by check or PayPal within 7 days, Your bank or financial institution may take up to an additional 10 days to process the refund once issued. There are several reasons for these delays. 1st & 2nd, Disney & Hasbro's Rigorous Testing & Approval Requirements have repeatedly pushed our manufacturing estimated times back which has caused us to have to manufacture multiple collections simultaneously and now we are dealing with manufacturer overload. We are upgrading manufacturers by 2025 so this doesn't happen in the future. The Original SILENT HILL collection was a pre-order and while it was delayed by a couple of weeks, it shipped out and we’ve restocked it and backordered and shipped backorders of this collection many times over in the last year.  Also of the above collections that are still pending shipment, the following items are already shipping or have already shipped: D&D Lipglosses & Multi-chrome Eyeliners, SILENT HILL Brush Sets, Art of Drag Lashes & Palettes, Buffy Book Palettes Volume 1 & First Batch of United States orders of the Boxes for Buffy Box Sets with Book Palettes & Free Gifts included (Ordered before May 15th) We have a track record of successful launches since we are now working with these big name companies,  we know their processes better and what kind of delays can happen so we can plan better for the future. Any future pre-orders will be done through Purple Dot software, which guarantees and insures the customers pre-orders and deposits. We offer pre-orders as a way to gauge interest in new launches and ensure we make enough to meet demand. However, we are also working on other solutions like bringing on Venture Capital that would allow us to skip the pre-orders altogether and plan for and fund launches other ways.

If you order after September 18th, 2024 you will be automatically notified by Purple Dot.

We've sent several email updates to all of our pre-orders who ordered prior to that. We will always do our best to update you by email directly when possible (you must be subscribed to our mailing list or our email platforms will not let us send you direct updates) and also post updates on this page (our shipping policies page) when delays occur. We most recently (on September 5th) changed the shipping dates to only show months, we got feedback that was too vague. We were trying to split the difference between the earliest possible ship dates and the latest possible ship dates. Instead of this, we've now added the two different shipping date ranges based on earliest and latest possible dates. The earliest dates reflect what we knew and had updated on the site as of Mid-August and haven't changed assuming that everything is accepted in time on the licensors side for the final manufacturing approval and shipping approvals needed to get these products out to customers. Leaving room for any final corrections that may need to take place, we have also added the latest possible scenario dates. We are in the home stretch for all of these launches.

Orders before September 18th: If the order is past the initial estimated ship date, you can request to cancel for a full refund anytime. You must email support@mythosisbrands.com to request to cancel. Return requests can be done from within your order page but this is for products that have already shipped and been delivered only. The reason for this is we use a 3rd party fulfillment partner that ships everything to customers. They have to manually process order cancellations. This request will be processed within 7 business days and you should receive your refund within 10 more business days. We cannot issue refunds to your original payment method if you ordered before August 12th, refunds for orders placed before August 12th must be sent directly via paypal, zelle or check by mail. These refunds may take a little extra time because of changes we've had to make recently, read more here.

Orders Placed after September 18th: You can request to cancel anytime after ordering, before your product is ready to ship, within your order page for free and this request will be processed automatically.

Can I cancel my order and order on the system? No, we cannot accommodate this and if you cancel your order with us from before September 18th and then place a new order after September 18th for the same items, we will cancel your new order. If you placed a pre-order prior to September 18th, you will get your products sooner than the pre-orders being placed now. We manufacture in batches and you will lose your place in line.
